Due to their continued investment in innovation and diversification, they are seeking to recruit a Head of Process Engineering to be based predominately at their Head Office on Hedon Road, Hull, East Yorkshire. This is a brand new position and as the Head of Process Engineering you will form part of the Senior Leadership Team. You will be heavily involved in taking the strategic lead of people and business; project managing large and small scale projects and accountable for identifying opportunities of continuous improvement throughout the production process, whilst ensuring quality standards are maintained, productivity is increased and return on investment is achieved.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in an Engineering discipline, ideally B.Eng and/ or a Masters in Manufacturing or Process Engineering. You will have extensive exposure to manufacturing industries, leading on continuous improvement of production process, people and business. You will be a natural motivator with the ability to influence and lead a team of Engineers. Financial management, including budget control and cost awareness will be a critical part of your role and you will have proven project management experience including CAPEX projects.
