An FMCG company based in Northamptonshire is looking to recruit a Head of Supply Chain to join their senior leadership team. You`ll be responsible for leading the supply chain function and implementing best practice while managing three direct reports.
The Role
Head of Supply Chain responsibilities:
Contribute to the company`s senior leadership team
Ensure purchasing, production planning and warehouse are managed appropriately to meet customer demand whilst also ensuring stock levels and working capital are optimised
Own and lead the S&OP process
Therefore link the business` commercial vision and demand to the physical manufacturing supply chain
Champion supply chain within the business
Utilise the MRP system with no failure in spreadsheets
Manage the full cost across the supply chain to budget
The Person
As the Head of Supply Chain, you will have experience working within a food manufacturing environment
MRP systems experience
People management experience
Demonstrable experience of developing supply chain systems and functions
S&OP experience
