Job Description
As the HR Business Partner you will report into the Global HR Manager and partner with the Senior Leadership team on site. You will be accountable for overall HR contribution and value-add to the business to ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations, performance and business results.
You will provide expertise and guidance in the areas of culture and change management, strategic coaching, talent assessment and development, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, HR client management/employee support, and organisational design.
The Successful Applicant
The right HR Business Partner will be:
• CIPD Level 7 Qualified
• Proven HR experience required in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Significant experience in a Senior HRBP position
• Experience working in a unionised environment, ideally within a global organisation
• Prior experience working in or with a HR Shared Services in a highly matrixed environment
What’s on Offer

This role will be site based for 3/4 days a week.
