Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of the People Strategy and supporting People Plan, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives
Align HR schemes and solutions with business goals and objectives, ensuring the successful embedding of HR schemes and initiatives
Provide market and business insights to inform the further development of the People plan
Ensure alignment with HR solutions provided by HR Shared Services and 3rd parties
Lead on the delivery of complex HR projects in alignment with the People Plan
Provide advice and coaching to line management and senior leaders on people-related business matters, aligned to policy, process and legal compliance

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in HR or a relevant subject
CIPD level 5 or above
Previous HR business partnering experience
Previous HR experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment
Experience of working in a unionised business
Experience of understanding business requirements, translating into appropriate HR solutions and delivering within budget and to an agreed timescale
Experience of learning and development
Experience of working in a project-based organisation
Experience of working within a shared service model
