A HR Manager with experience of manufacturing is required for a food manufacturing organisation based in South Staffordshire. The position is on an fixed term basis and for a period of 12 months and paying a competitive annual salary.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee recruitment campaigns
• Work with the agencies to ensure temporary employees are meeting performance standards
• Ensure that the Global wide performance management process is adhered to
• Manage L&D for the site
• Ensure that all employee relations issues, disciplinary hearings, grievances, absence and capability issues are handled in line with legislation
• Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to the management and teams
Person specification:
• CIPD qualified
• Manufacturing sector experience
• Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Strong generalist knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities
