Job Description
Reporting to the HR Business Partner. This role is a permanent position responsible for the following:- Partners and builds effective relationships with Senior Leadership Team and People Managers to provide support and guidance with people related issues
– Provide guidance on a range of HR-related issues to support understanding, alignment/consistency and resolution
– Attends, contributes to and supports regular cross-site, HR team meetings and reviews, offering mutual support to other HR Advisers wherever possible
– Leads effective internal communications and delivers a monthly HR KPI dashboard to identify areas of concern which then drives appropriate action plans
– Facilitates and manages full recruitment and selection process including but not limited to screening candidates, arranging and facilitating interviews and coaching hiring managers on best practice
– Leads and supports the Health and Safety audits as well as engaging the colleagues in the importance of the Health and Safety behavioural culture
– The ability to travel to other UK sites once a quarter
