We are recruiting for a HR Manager to join a specialist manufacturing business based in the Warwick area where you will be part of the Senior HR team and will ideally be CIPD qualified with experience of leading, taking part in project work and maintaining and applying HR processes. Candidates with Senior HR experience will be well received and experience within a Manufacturing/Automotive environment would be an advantage.
As the HR Manager you will be required to:
• Act as a senior within the HR function
• Maintain relationship management skills at all levels of the organisation
• Consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders in developing and executing people strategies to drive business performance
• Carry out disciplinary and grievance investigations
• HR Administration including employment contracts, offer letters, job descriptions and leaver documentation
• Contributing at a senior level
• Supporting the HR needs of employees and managers
• Ensuring policies and procedures are carried out fairly and consistently around the business
• Benchmarking of salaries and benefits to remain competitive
• Budget management
• Identifying and implementing projects to improve efficiency
Candidates should have the following skills or experience:
• Experience in a Senior HR position
• CIPD qualified
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience within Manufacturing or Automotive sectors would be an advantage
