Your new company
A leading food manufacturing business in North Bristol are seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to join their Engineering team. This business has gone through significant growth over the last 10 years and is now looking to further dominate the market they supply into.
Your new role
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Engineering with a dotted line into the Operations Director. You will manage a team of 8 engineers who work across a variety of shifts due to the 24/7 running of this operation. You will be expected to get involved in the day to day reactive repairs whilst controlling and aiding in the delivery of the PPM (planned preventative maintenance).
What you’ll need to succeed
You must have gained the experience of working within a food manufacturing; pharmaceutical or a similar highly regulated business within the last 5 years. You must have operated at the manager level previously; ideally, this will cover a variety of disciplines internally. Having led a business through BRC accreditation previously would be highly advantageous.
What you’ll get in return
As the Manufacturing Maintenance Manager; you’ll be paid an annual salary of up to £45,000. In addition, you’ll be given 29 days of annual leave; a variety of pension scheme options and a bonus scheme paying up to 15% (Company and personal performance dependent).
