The Role
This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to oversee a manufacturing business unit, including machinery and facilities. The successful candidate will produce an overhaul of PPM schedule, review of stock holding, manage sub contractors and a small maintenance team, as well as engineers running continuous improvement projects.
This could suit a driven Maintenance Supervisor that is genuinely looking for their next step of progression, or a time served manager seeking a new challenge.
The Candidate
• Ability to lead a team
• Electrical bias background preferred
• Experience with a range of machinery including CNC machines, special purpose machines
• Strong desire to improve and drive process change
• Able to implement new ideas and support with the business case
