You will be joining a global leader within the healthcare Industry who have an exciting position for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their team.
Your new role
As the Engineering Manager, you will be flexible within your role operating within the Engineering department, supporting the Manufacturing department across all aspects of asset management to support, maintain and improve the manufacturing operations. You will manage and deliver against the site metrics, lead and plan new product activities and encourage continuous improvement across the site. In addition, you will manage the Engineering team ensuring compliance and site maintenance is adhered to accordingly.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working within the role of an Engineering Manager in a manufacturing environment, with proven leadership skills in leading small to medium-sized teams with the ability to direct and manage accordingly. You will have excellent planning and time management abilities with previous experience in project management particularly within technical projects.
