Working for an established manufacturing business who are at the forefront of their market and are looking for a Manufacturing Manager.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and motivation to the operations team, setting high standards of excellence and promoting a ‘zero harm’ culture. You will review and improve current processes, contribute towards the monthly sales forecast, ensuring the ISO9001 & ISO14001 procedures and accreditation are maintained.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a leadership role for a medium to large sized manufacturing organisation, you will be hands-on with a strategic mindset who can lead, influence and get the best out of their team. You will be able to drive continuous improvement programmes and build a safe working culture on site.
