Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of a large manufacturing team of around 100 professionals, ensuring efficient and smooth running of the plant in order to meet company targets and customer requirements. Your role sits within the senior management team, as such you will be expected to contribute to strategic management for the future of the company.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Manufacturing Leadership role, you will need to have extensive manufacturing or operational management in a fast-paced production environment. More than anything, you will possess strong communication, leadership and coaching skills, enabling your team to achieve operational and financial metrics in their collective disciplines.
