Due to expansion and new product development, a world leading manufacturer has a vacancy for a Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for the planning, direction and delivery of all Mechanical Engineering activities across all programs to the agreed time, cost and quality requirements which will include leading and developing the team.
The Role
Leading and motivating the Mechanical Engineering Team in a value-based approach.
Able to identify and develop talent whilst being a good role model.
Influence the development of the next generation product through all phases from concept through to production.
Planning all mechanical engineering activities alongside Software and Hardware Managers.
Work as part of the senior management team to drive improvement.
Manage, Develop and coach a multi-disciplined team.
