Job Description
The postholder will be responsible for the management of the construction site, potentially covering multiple projects in order to achieve required project delivery to the customers’ objectives, whilst maintaining standards of health and safety, quality environmental impact, contract compliance, schedule and cost control. They will deliver projects to specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance.
Work closely with the Design and Fabrication facilities, incorporating the following engineering disciplines, design, projects, manufacturing, quality & inspection, project controls, sub contracts and commercial department, to ensure that the projects are completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded. Be familiar with site labour working techniques and trade mixes, also with various sub-contractors including but not limited to Scaffolding, Surveying, Heavy Lift and Radiography.
