World Class Manufacturing is at the heart of everything they do The organisation are embarking on a Lean Manufacturing journey, and require someone to facilitate this at their Cheshire facility.
Your new role
In your new role at Operational Excellence Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing the global improvement methodology across the production facility. Your role will require you to engage with all production and office staff in the same manner, aiming to improve site efficiencies and to improve processes, becoming leaner across the site.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this improvements based role, you will have had experience implementing improvement projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideally, you will also have gained your Six Sigma Green Belt, and therefore a track-record in manufacturing improvements.
What you’ll get in return
