Your new company
You will be working for an international manufacturing organisation based in Cheshire, who are embarking on a worldwide continuous improvement programme, improving their efficiency and productivity in order to become a leaner and more profitable business.
Your new role
In your new role you till be tasked with achieving operational excellence, in line with corporate strategy but through your own previous experience and skills. You will be responsible for delivering improvement programmes across the fast-paced production facility.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your new role as Continuous Improvement Lead, you will have had experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, in a role that has allowed you to implement change through lean manufacturing initiatives.
What you’ll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of up to £40,000 along with a discretionary bonus, pension and holidays.
