A development opportunity is now available for an expert in manufacturing Operations to join the senior management team.

Your new role 
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing a manufacturing team of up to 200 staff based in the start of the art facility in Cookstown. You will deliver H&S improvements and culture change via leadership. You will develop and deliver robust processes into all departments to underpin service. Drive cost savings projects through engagement with the team.
You will have overall operational responsibility for operational cost, resource planning, quality and on time delivery

What you’ll need to succeed 
Ideally, you will have previous experience managing a manufacturing team within an MTO manufacturing environment. Proven experience of metal fabrication and a track record of lean deployment in MTO or metal fabrication environments resulting in delivering cost/lead-time benefits. Degree qualified as a desirable with IOSH. You will also be required to hold a full UK Driving Licence and good knowledge of MS Excel.
