Due to their high quality products, they have successfully established themselves as a market leader in their field and are consistently looking to develop new and exciting products. In line with this continued success and growth they are recruiting for an Operations Manager, EMEA to join their team in South Ruislip which is a pivotal role to the organisation.
The Operations Manager, EMEA will be working closely with and reporting directly into the Head of Operations & Finance where you will be expected to play a hands on role whilst still managing the overall Logistics Operations. Key areas of responsibility include being responsible for the overall operational effectiveness of all logistics, warehousing and management of 3PL international relationships. Responsible for the integrity of warehouse stock levels and alignment to ERP (Dynamic AX). Develop and implement a strategy for the European service network and working with the ERP support partner to make developments & improvements.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record of problem solving and process implementation. You will be experienced with budgeting, forecasting and managing costs in relation to areas of responsibility. It is essential that you have a good knowledge of ERP systems – ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX. You will also need to have experience of managing a 3PL relationship domestically and globally. As a supply chain professional, you will be an excellent communicator with a proactive approach and an ability to prioritise workloads.
