Your new role
Your new job is to be responsible for the efficient running and management of the Supply Chain and Cold store operation across all three shifts. As a member of the Management team, you will implement strategic plans. And you will prepare and when approved, implement the Annual Budget Plan. You will be building your own team and develop them to instil a positive ‘right first time’ attitude.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need good experience of supply chain and preferably cold storage. You’ll be a positive team player and lead your team in an inspiring way. You will have good communication skills and strong Excel skills.
