If you are an operations manager already dreading going back to work in January, then take a look at a new challenge with one of our clients based in West Yorkshire.
They are leading manufacturers of wood furniture who are looking to strengthen their senior management team with a driven and focused operations manager.
This role would suit somebody who is looking for the progression to director level in the near future and is not afraid of a challenge. You will also be an expert in lean and looking for ways to continually improve the running of the shop floor.
Ideally you will come from an assembly environment and, due to the nature of the business, you will be someone who isn’t afraid of rolling their sleeves up and getting involved in what is happening on the shop floor.
In return for the great work you will do with them, they will offer:
• £55,000 base salary
• Pension
• 28 days holiday plus bank holiday
• Development in to director level position
