Your New Company:
A fast-growing Consumer Goods Company is looking for an experienced, confident and process-driven Operations & Manufacturing Director. With a rapidly growing team of more than 400 employees in London, you will be joining a company that distributes its product to over 40 countries worldwide and has a passion to keep growing a brand with an edge on design and innovation.

Your New Role:
You will be someone who is experienced in a similar role preferably from a Manufacturing company background as you will responsible for handling 5 departments within the company. You will be responsible for overlooking the Strategy and Development of the product as well as factory production, financial performance and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities. You will be providing coordination, leadership and coaching to the team, ensuring everyone is prepared to achieve operational and financial metrics within their areas of responsibilities. You will develop, implement and manage all KPIs (key performance indicators) for each department you are responsible for and develop organisational structure across production, resource plans and culture to support business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work collaboratively with everyone in the departments to ensure production schedules are delivered on time and in full.

What you’ll need to succeed:
You will be confident in your problem-solving ability, have excellent people skills and have strong negotiation skills at all levels. You must be proven in your leadership skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development and be someone who is results-oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines. You will have experience of managing a large team within a production environment and meeting the cost, quality and delivery requirements of the company. You will demonstrate a meticulous attention-to-detail and have the ability to learn new technologies and new techniques rapidly in order to continuously improve business processes. You will ideally be Six Sigma qualified and hold a qualification with a Chartered Member of an industry-related professional body.
