Job Description
• Deploy operational strategy in line with business objectives, goals and customer requirements.
• Accountable for delivery against key performance indicators identified through the balance scored card framework.
• Promote, lead and empower an environment of continuous improvement.
• Lead and build effective relations with internal and external customers.
• Promote standard work linked to that of the common goal.
• Overall accountability for the supporting functions to achieve customer requirements.
• Accurate forecasting and delivery upon set budgets.
• Monitor and report on budgets and targets.
• Manage, allocate, evaluate a cross functional team in order to optimise operational resource.
• Promote, maintain and build on the Company standards and values with the view to develop and improve upon them.
• Accountable for the safety standards and governance within the operational areas.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking to speak to people who have/can:
• Supervisory or management experience within a Manufacturing environment (Aerospace would be advantageous)
• Excellent problem solving techniques
• MS packages and Baan or associated software, EZLM
• Understand Engineering Drawings
• Change Management and risk assessments
