A well-established, high-quality manufacturer based in Greater Manchester who has seen continued business success, is in a position to recruit an ambitious Production Manager to head up the Production operation.Your new role
As Production Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient running of the Production operation in the business. You will have Health & Safety at the forefront of your priorities when leading the team. It will be your responsibility to monitor your team’s KPIs and ensuring an efficient production process. You will be responsible for managing employees and addressing any personnel-related issues that may arise.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have prior experience as a Production Manager and demonstrable experience in managing/leading teams. Ideally, you will have extensive manufacturing/production experience and you will possess an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification, which will demonstrate your competence and understanding of health and safety. You will be a natural ‘people person’ with strong leadership qualities, and possess a can-do attitude at work.
