The Role
A fantastic opportunity for a Production Manager has become available in Leicester. The role will involve overseeing the manufacturing of fabricated products for the FMCG sector. As the position requires working on both mild steel and stainless steel, MIG and TIG welding experience and mechanical fitting work would be beneficial. Manufacturing will consist of one-offs up to medium sized batches.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
• Several years of experience in a Production Manager position
• Experience dealing directly with clients
• The ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience of manufacturing products such as conveyors, vessels and access platforms for factories would be advantageous.
