A Production Manager role with an established manufacturing organisation based in Manchester
Your new company
You will be working for a long-established manufacturer of British products, who pride themselves on their innovation, based in Manchester. Their ever-adapting and growing business is a market leader in their field, who have now been in production for over 50 years.Your new role
Reporting directly to the GM, you will oversee a large production team, ensuring that targets are met, lines are running efficiently and manufacturing continues profitably. You will be responsible for a particular product within manufacturing, managing the department and staff.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have had experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, managing, coaching and training large teams within a production facility. You will ideally have experience working within a plastic production environment, or possess a wide-variety of different engineering techniques.
