The Role
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are looking for an experienced Production Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the production of cutting-edge instrumentation for environmental monitors. You will be fully accountable for delivering utilisation targets, production scheduling, product quality and costing, safety goals, purchasing and inventory control. Taking an active part in developing fellow staff members is a crucial part of the role, developing a pipeline of talent.
The Candidate
• Degree educated in Electronics or Instrumentation
• 10 years’ experience in production systems of Industrial Electronics or Instrumentation
• 5 years’ Production Management experience
• A team player
• The capability/desire to develop fellow staff members
• Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes
