An experienced Production Manager with a proven track record is required to oversee all daily activities in the factory from manufacturing operations and processes to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
As the Production Manager your responsibilities will include;
• Plan, organise, direct and run the day-to-day operations of the factory in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and procedures
• Increase production while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards
• Responsible for the process of costing new product lines
• Line manager to a team of 25-30 people
• Managing the activities of Production Planning, Purchasing and Stores
As the Production Manager you will require the following skills and experiences;
• The candidate must be from an electronics manufacturing background
• Proven track record in a management position
• Experience in managing production through an MRP system
• Commercially astute
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 compliance
