Your new role
Your new job is in a growing SME with an exciting vision for the future. Taking some autonomy over the production of the FMCG company’s Crawley factory you will be a guiding hand in the development of this company. Day-to-day, you will be implementing a lean business strategy and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as well as providing for your own team and leading the business forwards from the front.
What you’ll need to succeed
In your new job, you will need experience in an FMCG business at Operations Manager level, preferably with a background in manufacturing and training in lean production methods, with 5 years experience or more. You will have a positive, proactive approach to your work and the will to succeed as you guide the team.
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will get an amazing opportunity to guide this SME with a salary of £50,000 to £60,000 as well as 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. Options for progression may also become available in time.
