You will be working for an established manufacturing organisation, who have been in production for over 20 years. Your new company boast a state-of-the-art production facility, with market leading equipment and technology.
Your new role
In your new position as Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a lean, efficient and safe production line. In a broad role, you will be required to manage people, budgets and production, ensuring a continuous improvement mentality is instilled across production.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will ideally have had previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment, within a Production Management capacity. Your background must include some form of lean manufacturing experience, coupled with good people management and communication skills.
