Your new role
As the Production Manager you will establish performance measures and associated targets whilst using data analysis to drive improvement. You will work closely with senior management, Manufacturing and Engineering stakeholders globally to establish measurable hourly and daily output requirements. You will create growth for high achieving members of your team and regularly hold meetings to communicate company information. You will take pride in manufacturing a quality product to meet all customer requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have excellent analytical skills and be able to drive, motivate and influence your teams. You will have strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and measure work. People management will be key to this role, to ensure you develop and manage a high-performing team. A strong understanding of Lean principles and best-in-class manufacturing is required along with demonstrable prior experience and well-developed leadership and management skills. You will need to be highly motivated and be able to embrace change where necessary.
