Your New Role
You will be responsible for the day to day running of operations within the plant, ensuring compliance within legislation regarding waste management, company policy and all aspects of Health & Safety within the facility.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of shift patterns, measuring and controlling input and output ensuring that processes run smoothly and maximise quality led through-put, yield and operating efficiency.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You will have extensive experience as a Production Manager in a Manufacturing or FMCG environment, a proven track record of working to clearly defined KPIs as well as experience delivering continuous improvement within an operational/service environment.
For the right person, this role is a stepping stone to a senior management role.
What You’ll Get In Return
This role is being offered with the salary between £40,000 – £50,000 per annum with good career progression on a permanent contract.
