You will be working for an emerging business that has grown exponentially in recent years. It is an expanding organisation and the team have identified a requirement within their production facility for a Quality Management professional.
Your new role
In your new job as Quality Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of quality within a manufacturing facility, in a stand-alone position. You will be expected to improve upon the current quality process, documentation, traceability, perform root cause analysis’ and implement preventative measures.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you must have had experience within the construction or building materials sector, within a manufacturing environment. This is a necessity as the position will require you to hit the ground running immediately and grasp the manufacturing process.
