A leading Manufacturing and Transportation are looking to add a Regional General Manager to their highly successful South West team. This role will be reporting into the Operations Director and will offer a salary of up to £100,000 dependant upon your experience.
Your new role
As the Regional General Manager, you’ll be reporting into the Operations Director whilst taking ownership of the South West and South Wales business units. In total you will be responsible for an annual P&L in excess of £250m. You will have around 10 direct reports and you will be directly responsible for creating the succession plan from your direct reports.
You will be expected to manage the customers to ensure that SLA’s are met and maximising potential revenue from each of the accounts.With a challenging market on the horizon you will be expected to drive change and improvements across all levels of the business to ensure your new employer continues to dominate the UK market.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Regional General Manager vacancy, you must have gained the experience of working within a time sensitive Manufacturing and Transportation environment. Ideally you’ll come from a construction materials background however we’re also able to review those that come from Pharmaceuticals, Drinks and some Automotive industries. Due to the size of the budget you’ll be managing, you would be beneficial to have gained he experience of managing a budget in excess of £150m.

As the Regional General Manager, you’ll be earning a basic salary of up to £100,000 dependant upon your transferable skills, career experience and career motivations.
