A leading and well-established business in Bristol are looking to employ a Senior Production Manager to join their existing high performance culture. Having been market leaders for a number of years, they’re looking to continue their dominance with a talent and driven individual joining them.
Your new role
As the Senior Production Manager, you’ll be managing all Production activities with a team of 4 supervisors and indirectly 60 colleagues beneath you. You will get involved in some commercial activities such a customer liaison and supply chain interaction. You will be tasked with the continual development of systems through Lean principals to reduce waste, improve efficiency and improve overall profitability.
What you’ll need to succeed
to be successful in your application for the Senior Production Manager role; you must have operated as a Manufacturing Manager, Senior Production Manager or a similar level role for in excess of 2 years. Ideally you’ll have worked with a variety of products through your working career however this must be from an Engineered products perspective.
What you’ll get in return
The Senior Production Manager will be earning a salary of up to £55,000 dependant upon your experience. In addition to this generous basis salary, you’ll be entitled to a range of flexible benefits, including a generous bonus scheme.
